Coffee is not addictive. Caffeine is a natural substance contained in various parts of plants such as leaves, seeds or fruit. There are more than 60 kinds of plants containing caffeine. Once Again ... Coffee Is Not Addictive
If you are so frightened by caffeine, then drink the decaffeined coffee with regular coffee is a proportional 25. So if in one cup of regular coffee contains 75 mg of caffeine, the coffee decaffeined only contains 3 mg of caffeine. In fact, many of the benefits of coffee come from caffeine, which also contains green tea, although in smaller amounts. Too much caffeine make you nervous and jittery. Green tea allows you to experience the benefits of caffeine, including the energy boost, without the jitters.

Drinking coffee is sometimes difficult to stop
. Pleasure of drinking coffee does not actually come up addicted. If someone is addicted then what happened was the emergence of negative effects when the habit is suddenly stopped.
Terms called addiction:

Based on the above terms, drink coffee habits do not meet the requirements to be called addiction. this is quite different because of drug addiction, for example, sabu, putaw, cocaine. The drug addicts will do anything to get drugs. from stealing, robbing or pawned goods to kill even his wife and children. However, it only lasts 1-2 days. After that, we no longer feel the temporary effects are mild. Many people say that coffee enthusiasts like people who are accused of coffee makersstress so stressful. This fact can be explained scientifically. The caffeine in coffee is also a diuretic (causing frequent urination), so that vitamin B is easily soluble in water will exit from the body with urine. B vitamin deficiency is what will cause a disruption of nerve function so that it appears the symptoms of stress. so that should be made by coffee lovers like me, is to increase water consumption and the intake of vitamin B only.
